Address & Phone Number Updates

  • Parents must immediately notify the district’s Office of School Choice & of any changes in address. Address changes can be done at 54 Meadow Street or a request can be sent to choiceenrollment@new-haven.k12.ct.us. An address change will only be made with proof of residency (i.e.: current utility bill, lease with the parent’s name and new address on it). If residing with a friend or a relative, a notarized letter stating that the parent and student reside with that person along with one of that person’s utility bills is required to update the address.

    It is vital to keep a current address and phone number on file at the school. Mailings returned to the school for incorrect address will be sent to truancy for review and the District’s School Choice and Enrollment Office for possible student withdrawal.

    Telephone number changes and/or updates must be called into Wilbur Cross Main Office at 475-220-7400. Incorrect telephone numbers will be sent to Truancy for review.
