• Your current full name
• Your full name at the time of graduation from Wilbur Cross
• The year you graduated from Wilbur Cross or the last year in attendance
• A phone number where you can be reached
• A picture or copy of identification (such as a driver's license) or a signed consent form

An Administrative Assistant will process your request and reach out via email or the phone number provided with any questions. Requests are typically processed within 3 business days or less. Requests can also be made via fax (203-946-6932).
