Per the Health Department: All students going into 10th grade and students new to NHPS must submit their up to date CT Health Assessment & Immunization before August 31st (the first day of school). Students who do not submit their up to date paperwork will not be allowed to attend school until their paperwork is submitted and deemed to be compliant.
